Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
